内容説明
This volume was developed from a symposium sponsored by the Division of Carbohydrate Chemistry at the 204th National Meeting of the American Chemical Society held in Washington DC, from August 23-28, 1992. Highlights of the book: discuss contemporary experimental and computational studies on the anomeric effect; present conflicting data and theories in the controversial area; discuss applications in carbohyrate and organometallic chemistry, as well as applications for derivatives of sulfur and phosphorus oxyacids; and include a discussion of molecular modelling methods in compounds influenced by stereoelectronic effects.
