This text provides a comprehensive approach by introducing basic principles of movement education and their application in activities and sports for elementary-aged youngsters. The material has been updated to reflect current interest in co-operative educational methods and multi-ethnic concerns. A new chapter is devoted to integration of movement education into the curriculum.
