Description
In this book, which was based on the forty-fifth series of Hamlyn Lectures, the Lord Chancellor examines four aspects associated with the administration of justice in the United Kingdom, namely: The Judges, The Courts, Legal Services, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The Administration of Justice provides a unique insight into the concerns and thinking of the holder of one of the most constitutionally delicate offices in the country.
