内容説明

This is a study based on a recent work by the Welfare State Programme at the London School of Economics. It examines the impact of the welfare state as a means of redistributing incomes, not only between individuals' own life cycles, but between generations. The study includes the results of an microsimulation model of lifetime incomes, taxes and benefits developed at the London School of Economics, and provides a quantitative assessment of this key aspect of social welfare provision.
