Description and Table of Contents
Description
This text aims to provide an easily accessible and affordable sourcebook of cases covering the typical business law for non-lawyers courses, for students who are increasingly being encouraged to cite cases in assignments, project work and examinations. Cases are grouped according to the area of law on a page-per-case basis, and the significance of each is highlighted and analyzed. This text supports and complements Keenan and Riches' "Business Law" and covers over 100 cases, with commentary on each case and its significance. It includes a section on how to use cases in examinations, and is designed for BTEC National Business and Finance, BTEC HNC/HND and A-Level Law students.
