内容説明
The search for new selective reactions is currently one of the most important challenges in chemistry. Organometallic chemistry has contributed numerous useful applications, and the role of this interdisciplinary field is still increasing dramatically. Specifically, the use of metal complexes for stoichiometric of catalytic transformation can help to control chemo-, regio- and stereoselectivity. The enormous progress achieved in the last few years is reflected in the contributions to this volume: 14 plenary lectures and 37 poster abstracts cover a broad spectrum of inorganic, organic and physiochemical aspects of metal-activation presented at the second symposium entitled Selective Reactions of Metal-Activated Molecules, held in Wurzburg, Germany from September 21-23, 1994.
