Description

Stress is a major issue; 48% of European Workers believe that their health is affected by stress at work. This booklet examines a wide variety of working conditions in a user-friendly manner. First, the causes of stress and the possible consequences are clarified. Second, guidelines on ways to identify stress factors, and how to begin to eliminate the sources are presented in a short and practical way. Finally, an extensive questionnaire involves the reader in assessing their own level of stress in the workplace.
