Lecture Notes are a resource for those studying and teaching law. Aimed primarily at students taking undergraduate or CPE courses, each title of the series examines a particular field of the law, with chapters for each of the major topics within the subject. Each chapter ends with a summary sheet giving an overview of the issues discussed. This work is designed for those seeking clarification of the law of evidence, mainly criminal, but also civil. Acknowledging the fact that many students find evidence a complex subject, the book explains what are frequently very technical rules. Emphasis is placed on important cases.
