Description
This research study undertaken by the European Commission, on a city without cars concludes with a theoretical model suggesting the reconception of a city in pedestrian terms. The model was applied to the reality of European cities. This report includes a survey done in Perugia, one of the first Italian towns to have its historic centre closed to cars.
