Description
This work addresses the specialist area of criminal law which is growing in size and importance. Coverage is oriented towards extradition from the UK, this being the more complex area for practitioners. In contrast, procedure is much simpler when bringing a party back to the domestic jurisdiction. The author traces the roots of the modern scheme of extradition back to their historical development in order to explain the technicalities of the Extradition Act 1989.
