内容説明
This book is a general survey of the present status of the encapsulation of xenobiotics in red blood cells and their potential therapeutic utilisation. The various participants have illustrated three general domains: 1) modification of autologous red blood cell oxygen transport properties; 2) encapsulation of enzymes and creation of circulating bioreactors; and 3) encapsulation of drugs, mainly for anticancer and antiparasitic therapy, and targeting on the reticulo-endothelial system.
