内容説明
Client-led design advocates a "soft" systems appraoch which places the client first and ensures they are leading and controlling all of the development process. This practical book provides students and practitioners with the skill and methods of problem solving they need to help clients specify their particular requirements. Key chapters focus on the important early stages of development and discuss problem "appreciation", problem expression and the need for adequate definition and analysis. A variety of relevant "systems tools" are provided to increase awareness of the problem situation.
