Description

The aim of this work is to make a contribution to corporate law scholarship by presenting a global perspective on current issues in this area. It focuses upon issues relating to corporate management, collecting together a group of international authors who comment on aspects of corporate management in a number of different jurisdictions and from a variety of viewpoints. The result is that the volume addresses theoretical issues and concerns about the role and regulation of corporate management, while also containing discussions of developments in individual jurisdictions. The volume should be of interest to legal academics and practioners working in the corporate law area, and those pursuing higher level studies in corporate law.
