内容説明
This work deals with the interface between law and economics. It is aimed at students either of law or economics, or modular degree students, who are taking a course dealing with the economic implication of law. The approach assumes no previous knowledge of the subject. It incorporates case studies alongside the main text, plus exercises and discussion questions at the end of each chapter. The book is based around the English legal system and draws comparisons with the US, Canadian, Scottish and European systems and includes European law, particularly where this affects the UK.
