Description
This handbook provides access to information concerning the safe handling and environmental impact of solvents. It examines the physical and chemical properties, applications, and toxicity of organic solvents in the chemical, coatings, and related process industries. It employs the Hansen solubility parameter theory to classify solvents, and includes a helpful computer disk for use on IBM compatible computers with Lotus 123 or Excel software, that contains timesaving data files for constructing spreadsheets to compare the solubility envelopes of polymers.
