Description
This volume provides an up-to-date account of the rules of the Supreme Court and the County Court rules. Full amendment history is provided along with comprehensive cross referencing to analogous rules and relevant forms. The book contains practice directions and guides, including the recent practice direction relating to case management, the new chancery guide and practice directions clarifying procedures in the court of appeal. The introduction contains a summary of the key recommendations contained in the Interim Report (Access to Justice - Interim report to the Lord Chancellor on the civil justice system in England and Wales) and the main rule changes in 1994-95 are given.
