Description

The third edition encompasses all aspects of disorders of hemostasis. It begins with a review of the history of the development of knowledge about this subject and with a chapter on the laboratory approach to hemostatic disorders. The rest of the volume is devoted to summaries of specific patient problems, their pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy. Wherever possible, practical solutions to patient problems are provided.
