Description
The main findings from national reports of all European Union member states and Norway on the prevention of racism in the workplace are brought together in this publication. It reviews labour markets' inequality and discrimination against migrant workers and ethnic minorities, and presents existing national, employers' and trade union policies. In addition, it identifies obstacles to improvement and concludes with possible initiatives or strategic options which could be adopted both at national and EU level in order to precent racism at work.
