内容説明
This work examines in detail the co-operation agreements which are used in the international construction industry. It analyzes the internal relationships between the parties of the international construction co-operation and also their external responsibilities to the employer under the works contract including such international standard agreements as FIDIC Civil Engineering contract. In addition, it demonstrates that the legal systems in general (e.g. English law and French law) and Egyptian Law and other Arab Middle East Countries laws, in particular have not kept pace with the latest developments in the evolving contractual characteristics and economic significance of contractual co-operation among two or more international construction companies to carry out a specific project. The book concludes that a comprehensive contractual framework is necessary, and statutory changes may be deemed desirable.
