内容説明

Housing and finance reform are two of the fundamental building blocks for creating a viable market-oriented economy out of a former socialist system. This book provides a comparative analysis of market-oriented housing sector reform in nine countries including Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia and Russia. For each country, experts lay out the basic housing situation, housing production, housing finance and home ownership subsidies, rental housing and likely future developments. This book is written on the basis of first hand on-site experience with the market oriented housing reform process in the countries discussed.
