Description
This study considers whether the European Union can and should affect the pace and course of events in China. Issues addressed include: economic and diplomatic interactions between the EU and China; the case for China's accession to the WTO; the Portuguese perspective on any common EU-China policy; the view from the private sector; and the components of an EU policy towards China within the existing framework of China's foreign and security policies.
