Description and Table of Contents
Description
This edition represents a detailed, practical guide to all aspects of patent law in the UK up to May 01, 1995. An emphasis is placed upon the practice of patent law. Case law is presented in detail, so that precedent decisions for or against potential propositions may be easily identified. The work includes references to about 2000 decisions of the EPO, the UK courts and the Comptroller General, many of which have not appeard in published law reports. This work is published with a first supplement dealing with events occuring after May 01, 1995, and annual cumulative supplements are planned to keep the reader up to date with as yet unpublished decisions. The first supplement deals with, among other things, the extension of the High Court Rules on evidence to proceedings before the Patent Office, reproducing in full the relevant Rules of the Supreme Court.
Table of Contents
