Description
This text provides practical guidance on summary judgment and associated orders. It explains the principles involved and whether or not there is a good chance of success before examining in depth the procedure to pursue. Procedural tips are suggested to help avoid pitfalls and include procedural checklists, flowcharts, worked examples and specimen affidavits.
