内容説明
A demand for goods protected by intellectual property legislation has been created by new technologies and modern communications. As a result, most countries around the world have strengthened their laws, often in the face of flagrant piracy and unauthorised copying. "International Intellectual Property Law" analyzes international developments in this area, reporting from both developing and industrialised economies. It offers a substantive guide to the intellectual property laws of a number of countries outside the European Union. Chapters are structured around the five main areas of intellectual property law: patent, copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and industrial design. Each country chapter is contributed by an expert in that particular field, and coverage of the main property laws of each country enables comparison between jurisdictions.
