Description
This text provides direct access to civil procedural law in England and Wales, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. It is intended to be a student's first exploration of foreign civil procedure law, as well as a broad orientation for practitioners. The consistent and systematic approach to the subject matter of each country enhances the accessibility of the book.
