This book outlines the legal framework for investment in Vietnam, covering the legal, financial, fiscal and employment regulations, and gives a detailed account of Vietnam's foreign investment laws. Foreign investment in, and trade flows with, Vietnam have boomed since Hanoi initiated economic reform in the mid 1980s. As a result there is a growing need for practical information about Vietnam which will assist foreign investment in Vietnam.
