This work gives an overview of the new anti-dumping rules following the WTO Agreement. An introductory chapter analyzes how the new Anti-Dumping Code fits into the WTO and what the main material differences are from the old code. The following chapters analyze the implementation of the new rules in the European Union, United States, Canada and the main economic players in Australasia and the Far East. The aim of the book is to shed light on national approaches to anti-dumping law and practice and to facilitate a comparison with international law.
