This edition of this textbook on the law of trusts is aimed primarily at undergraduates, but is also suitable for postgraduate/professional students. It introduces material on equitable remedies to reflect changes in the Law Society foundation subject "Equity and Trusts". Changes introduced by the Pensions Act 1995 and the Charities Acts 1992 and 1993 are fully considered, as are significant developments in the commercial use of trusts, the certainty of subject matter, the beneficiary principle, investment duties, exemption clauses, and constructive trusts of family homes.
