Description

This neuroanesthesia manual will differ from existing texts in that its emphasis and goal is to provide the anesthesia resident with a convenient focused source of information. For each procedure or series of procedures, the pertinent anesthesia considerations will be enumerated and discussed. Each major anesthesia consideration will be well-referenced and presented in a sophisticated manner to allow the reader to be empowered with quality knowledge and information useful to improve patient safety. General topics such as physiology, cerebral blood flow and metabolism, etc, will be presented and condensed in appendices.
