内容説明
Tourism has a key role to play in the economic regeneration of cities and quality is an essential concept in managing urban tourism. If tourist resources are not managed with the delivery of quality as their primary focus then they will be squandered and the city's reputation and growth-potential for tourism may be lost irretrievably. This text introduces the concept of quality management to urban tourism. It brings together theoretical and case study contributions from authorities in the field, both in academic research and tourism management.
