Description
This comprehensive text covers all imaging modalities used for diagnosis of breast lesions. Features of the book include: all clinical aspects are continuously and fully integrated clinical aspects (epidemiology, anamnesis, findings on palpation and therapy); a condensed presentation of technical fundamentals and techniques of examination of the various imaging procedures; differential evaluation, including application and limitation, and ranking of each method; and extensively illustrated and systematic presentation of the findings in benign and malignant diseases for all relevant methods - mammography, sonography, MR mammography and possible complementary methods.
