Description
The Disability Discrimination Act introduces new laws and measures aimed at ending the discrimination which many disabled people face. Over time, the Act will give disabled people new rights in the areas of: employment, access to goods, facilities and services, buying or renting land or property. This Code describes, and givers general guidance on, the main employment provisions of the Act.
