Enhanced sensitivity radio telescopes are producing dramatic results in a wide range of areas in astronomy. An international conference was held in Jodrell Bank, University of Manchester, to take stock of these advances. This timely volume presents the review articles presented by a host of world experts who gathered at this meeting.
