Description and Table of Contents
Description
This diskette contains all the source code for the routines and examples from Numerical Recipes in Fortran 77: The Art of Scientific Computing (Second Edition) and Numerical Recipes in Fortran 90: The Art of Parallel Scientific Computing in a new hypertext format designed especially for Microsoft Windows. (Requires Windows 3. 1 or 95 to unpack. Once unpacked, individual routines are also usable in DOS.) It includes a licence to use the routines on a single Windows or DOS computer. Many of the Fortran 90 routines have been completely reworked algorithmically to be parallel-ready and to utilise Fortran 90s advanced language features. This diskette can save hours of tedious keyboarding. Users can run the test programs quickly and easily and can adapt the recipes to their own needs.
