Description and Table of Contents
Description
This is the first volume in a series on minerals of the MO2-type oxides of manganese. These are the most widespread Mn minerals in nature. The work opens with an introductory chapter on all MO2-type Mn oxides. The two following sections provide a description of those minerals with a single-chain structure (pyrolusite) and with a double-chain structure (ramsdellite, nsutite, and akhtenskite).
