Description

This Russian dictionary is a revised edition including many updated and improved translations. It allows for accurate and idiomatic coverage of contemporary Russian and English and includes over 180,000 words and phrases, and 290,000 translations. Amongst the features: special emphasis is placed on modern idioms and colloquial usage, with numerous illustrative examples; all common abbreviations and acronyms, such as DTP, ROM, and AIDS are given; and there is coverage of British and American English and regional Russian dialects. There is also pronunciation guidance and guidance on key constructions, complementation, and difficult points of grammar.
