Description
The pressing need to meet economic, regulatory and environmental pressures means that real-time analysis techniques are coming to the forefront in all industries. The emergence of systems that can perform the task effectively and efficiently, provides the industry with the means to perform measurements on demand - where and when required. For bulk materials handling, real-time analysis is particularly relevant, providing a major advantage over traditional sampling and laboratory analysis methods. However, this technology comes at a premium - the high capital investment involved in setting up real-time analysis techniques demands careful technical and economic consideration. Ths text is geared towards helping participants make the right investment decision. It covers all technical, economic and regulatory and environmental aspects, as well as the implications for future plant operations.
