In 1994/5, leaders on both sides of the Atlantic called for a Transatlantic Free Trade Agreement. In this work, Frost argues that a high-level transatlantic trade initiative is appropriate. Instead of a preferential TAFTA, she proposes a trade partnership with a strong foreign policy component.
