内容説明

Combined cycle gas turbine plant has high thermodynamic efficiency, low specific capital cost and relatively short construction time. These advantages, coupled with the availability of natural gas as a clean-burn fuel has resulted in many such units being ordered by the UK generating companies. This is a collection of the papers presented at a seminar organized by the Steam Plant Committee of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers on the 1st of November 1994. The papers review the experience to date with commissioning, early operation and maintenance of combined cycle units to see if the original expectations have been achieved and identify any lessons that have been learned or scope for optimization. of heat recovery steam generators and CCGT power plant commissioning.
