内容説明

The book provides a synthesis and critical analysis of advances in the field of cellular and molecular immunology, and aims to help the reader review the respective literature from the proper perspective. It offers material on the functional anatomy of immune responses, including regional immunity such as the cutaneous and mucosal immune systems. This third edition covers advances in the knowledge of the structures of molecules involved in immune responses, signal transduction, and lymphocyte apoptosis, and the development and functions of immune cells as revealed by the application of transgenic and knockout mouse models. The book is intended for medical school immunology courses, undergraduate and graduate immunology courses.
