Description

This volume contains the papers presented at the 15th Technical Meeting of the World Occam and Transputer User Group (WOTUG-15), offering a representation of current work being undertaken in the transputer field. Two invited papers outline the development of systems architecture and programming environments which aim to make the power of the next generation transputers readily available. Topics covered include methods for the more effective use of transputer networks, the development of techniques and tools to solve real applications problems, and image and signal processing. Also described are some of the methods used in the design of the T9000, and the use of virtual channels.
