Description
Parallel processing is becoming an indispensible style in many high-performance computing systems. The contributed chapters to to this work cover parallel hardware, parallel software and applications in parallel fields. Emphasis is placed on networking and concurrency while Transputer and occam remain of central interest as the appearance of the Transputer chip T9000, the Transputer will certainly open new ideas of parallel computing.
