Description

The author argues that the Federal Communications Commission, created between 1927 and 1934, has become an anachronism, and should be abolished. The concept underlying the original FCC was that there was a scarcity of airwaves for radio and that a telephone monopoly like AT&T needed to be restrained in the interest of its customers.
