Description
There has been a breakdown of superpower competition and co-operation after the collapse of communsim. This work analyzes the economic and social crises that are emerging as a result of this breakdown and questions what kind of world order will follow. The author laments the influence of collectivism on the 20th century on both sides of the East-West divide, and attempts to rescue the reputation of John Maynard Keynes from his long association.
