This biography was written with the King's full authority and co-operation. The author met the King 36 years ago and draws on his own long personal experience of Jordan. He brings his study up-to-date with an account of Hussein's dramatic decision to relinquish Jordan's right to the West Bank. This is the author's 12th book and second biography, the first being "Glubb Pasha".
