内容説明
This book looks at various categories of management needs and how they can be presented in a model with potential for a wider application for management education. It also looks at the training and development of senior and executive members of the organization. In doing so, it attempts to break new ground as far as our present understanding of the nature of managerial work, increased effectiveness for senior managers and their training and development are concerned. The data used in this book derives from three independent studies of senior managers, which have been carried out in Zimbabwe, India and Romania by the author between 1989 and 1994. This provides the basis for the discussions and debates throughout.
