Description
Experimental advances on the cellular and molecular interface between coagulation and inflammation are critically reviewed in this monograph. Emphasis is placed on the structural and functional analysis of coagulation on leukocytes and on the functional and signalling consequences of these interactions. The book aims to provide an updated perspective on the emerging concept of leukocyte assembly of coagulation as a signalling cascade participating not only in the haemostatic balance but also in the regulation of inflammatory and vascular cell responses.
Table of Contents
