内容説明
This work addresses some of the controversies in the field of EC competition law, with a view to stimulating discussion on major policy areas. It includes contributions on issues such as the Commission's attitude to vertical restraints, the difficulties arising from the application of EC competition law by national administrators and national courts, the often unbalanced relationship between competition law and the consumer, the Commission's attitude to joint ventures and to public service obligations, the difficulties with the new Form A/B for notifications, and the wide ambit of the duty of Community loyalty by Article 5 EC. A series of international practitioners have contributed papers, designed for Community officials, academics and students.
