Description
The landscape of the island of Java in the Indonesian archipelago is dominated by volcanoes and rice fields. However, the densely populated island also contains a profusion of houses and buildings which are equally picturesque. A rich history at the crossroads of Asia, a refined aesthetic and a tropical environment have led to the creation of "Java style".
