"This paper forms part of the report to Birmingham Planning Department on work undertaken for them in the summer of 1975. The intention was to build on the work done in the Inner Area Study part of Small Heath for Llewelyn-Davies and partners the summer before. The resources put into the project were small, one person's services full-time for two months; and delay has occurred in presenting the report. A list of the working papers connected with both the 1974 and 1975 projedts is attached"
